With the rapidly evolving situation with regards to COVID-19 – and with the health and safety of our delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and NCEC and venue staff being our top priority – we have taken the decision to postpone Hazmat 2020.
Hazmat 2020 will now take place on 13 and 14 October 2020 at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon. All confirmed delegate and exhibitor registrations will be valid for these dates. Registration will remain open for new delegates and exhibitors until 25 September. The pre-conference workshop on emotional resilience will now take place on the afternoon of 12 October.
Those who are registered to attend, speak or exhibit have been contacted directly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hazmat 2020, the premier event for hazmat professionals, is a 2-day event organised by the National Chemical Emergency Centre (NCEC) and will be held in Stratford-upon-Avon, UK on 13 and 14 October.
It is an essential opportunity for you to share your experiences and knowledge with like-minded professionals working in the hazmat and chemical industry. The conference brings together international speakers from various chemical sectors, enabling delegates to benefit from world-standard presentations; case studies; and practical, hands-on workshops in a friendly environment.
During the afternoon of 12 October (the day before Hazmat 2020), we will once again be running the exceptionally popular half-day workshop ‘Understanding the dynamics of emotional response’.
‘The pre-course workshop was fantastic and was my favourite part of the 3 days’ – Louth Fire & Rescue Service
The workshop is based on our emotional response and resilience training course and will help you to recognise and identify stress overload and apply stress management techniques during crisis situations. If you want to learn how to have an open and honest conversation about your mental health, help others in your organisation to cope with stress or understand how to respond to high- pressure, stressful situations, then reserve your place today (www.hazmatevent.co.uk). It should be noted that this is a separate registration process to that for Hazmat 2020 and you don’t have to be a Hazmat 2020 attendee to book this workshop.
If you are interested in learning more about the challenges hazmat professionals face, want to learn from leading industry experts, or network with the best in the field, reserve your place now by visiting www.hazmatevent.co.uk or emailing us at email@example.com Registrations will close on 25 September 2020.
