Richard Gordon started his Fire & Rescue Service career in 1992 with Merseyside Fire Brigade. He transferred to Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service in 2003. Richard was seconded to the National Resilience Assurance Team (NRAT) in 2013 with responsibility for Flood Rescue. In 2015 Richard was appointed NRAT Capability lead for High Volume Pumps and works alongside two further Officers seconded from Northumberland and Norfolk Fire & Rescue.
