Apollo Fire Detectors is looking forward to its return to Intersec in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 21 to 23 January 2018, and is preparing to showcase its latest ranges on stand 4-F09.
New for Intersec 2018 will be the Apollo Test Set. The new portable testing kit has been introduced to help on-site commissioning and fault finding across all three Apollo analogue-addressable protocols – CoreProtocol®, Discovery and XP95. Apollo’s XP95, Discovery and SOTERIA® ranges are among the stars in the company’s regional portfolio.
In addition, visitors to the stand will be able to see the Apollo UL-approved specialist range of detectors – including marine and intrinsically safe (IS) devices.
Projects in the Middle East often require special local standards unlike most countries, where local fire legislation clearly defines fire detection and protection devices must be approved under European EN or American UL standards. Apollo is uniquely positioned to supply devices conforming to both sets of standards and the company’s technical experts, either based locally to the project or in Apollo’s laboratories in the UK, can advise which devices best meet local requirements.
